Hello everyone. I thought I would post a little somethin' here to let you know I haven't forgotten the blog. A lot of reading interesting articles but nothing new to post about Etsy.

I did spend all day yesterday learning a application that I have used for several years. It is called The Recipe Manager and I finally decided to go beyond the storing of recipes and use some of it's wonderful functions.

Now I am able to import my grocery list onto my iPhone! In the past I was just typing the list into another app called Shopping List. It is free but The Recipe Manager app costs $4.99. I've been using the Shopping List for years and loved it. But figured it was time to put The Recipe Manager functions to good use.

There are two programs for The Recipe Manager. One on your desktop and one for your iPhone or Android. You can sync them and that's when the magic happens.

I hope you found this beneficial. I did want to post something here and since I diverted to my recipe challenge I thought I would share it with you. This is one of those trials and tribulations mentioned in the title of my post. I get side tracked easily.

OK I'm just going to put this out there into the blogger sphere. I am going to make mistakes. Already my chest is tight just thinking about what ifs. I will try to not make myself sick doing this, lol.

I've been trying to post my blog onto Pinterest but I need an image to post so I've added my logo from the shop. Right now my shop is just digital collage pieces and photography. The collage pieces are used with resin and jewelry findings, Bottle Caps, Crafts. Eventually I will add my chainmaille jewelry and beaded jewelry for sale.

Chest is feeling less tight now.....

Very First Post

Hello! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Syndi and my Etsy shop is cyndiwithanS. My shop has been open for about 2 years and I've only made two sales. This blog is going to be my thoughts and steps that I will take to try to get the shop more relevant and bring in more sales.

I am in no way an expert! I will just post what I try and the results here in the blog. Hopefully I will become a better blogger and my shop will thrive. If you follow me you can read all about my hits and misses.

I have read on many blogs (marketyourcreativity in particular) that I should have a blog and was thinking I would just wait until I had something to blog about. Thinking helllloooo..... this is what I can blog about. So here we are. I will learn how to blog and build my etsy shop, did I tell you it is cyndiwithanS and I hope it will be an interesting read along the way. If I end up helping anyone struggling as I am yippee.
